Our goal is minimalism. We collect only what is strictly necessary to host your CV:
- Authentication Data: Name and email address provided by your continuous integration via Google OAuth.
- Profile Content: The direct CV data you enter (work history, skills, contact paths).
- Uploaded Media: Your profile photo if you utilize one.
- Usage Telemetry: Anonymized indicators of profile views and PDF downloads.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used explicitly to generate and host your public-facing RTM URL and compile your offline PDF resources. When utilizing AI credits, your raw CV segment and the target job description are processed through Gemini merely to produce an output variant.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data resides within Google Firebase (Firestore Database and Firebase Storage), utilizing enterprise-grade encryptions. Access is protected by Firebase Authentication parameters preventing unauthorized structural readings of your core files.
5. Your Rights & Deletion
As the primary owner of the information, you reserve the right to delete your digital footprint off RTM entirely at any minute. Full structural deletion sequences can be authorized by contacting RTM via the WhatsApp interface indicating your Username and Authentication email.
7. Jurisdiction
RTM operates under Zimbabwean contextual law framework. Our parameters align heavily with established global privacy policies intrinsically due to our infrastructural reliance on global hosts.
